On September 8, 2025, Sabir Amin and Obaid Ahmed, members of the Administrative Council of the Sulaimaniyah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the city of Erbil, attended the Economic and Trade Forum between the Kurdistan Region and the American Chamber of Commerce. The event was attended by the U.S. Consul General in the Kurdistan Region, a number of government officials, heads of the region’s chambers of commerce, investors, and businesspeople.
