On August 25, 2025, Nawzad Ghafoor, President of Sulaymaniyah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Muhammad Rasul, Vice President of the Chamber, and Obeid Suleiman, Member of the Chamber’s Administrative Board, participated in a workshop titled “Establishing or Activating the Securities Market in Kurdistan” held at the General Directorate of the Regional Bank in Sulaymaniyah.
The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government in collaboration with the General Directorate of the Regional Bank in Sulaymaniyah, targeting financial and economic experts to discuss the establishment or activation of a securities market in Kurdistan.
